Tournament Cancellation Procedure


  What if I need to CANCEL my Entry in a Tournament?

  • Our website is set-up to specifically give you the ability to take care of Cancellations yourself.

  • If you need to Cancel from an event, please use your id and pw and log into the Player’s Club then click on the TOURNAMENTS tab and below that, click on UPCOMING.
     
  • You will see a list of Tournament list - if you are entered in tournament, the word "ACTIVE | Cancel" will be displayed. To Cancel, click the CANCEL button next to that event.
     
  • You will receive a Refund of your Entry Fee, less the processing fee. A player may cancel 3-days or more before a tournament, without a processing fee. You will receive a refund on your Credit Card or you can leave the Entry Fee on Account towards future entry fees, less the processing fee per entry. If you leave the entry fee "on Account" you will not be charged a processing fee.

  • Cancel Less than 3-days prior to a tournament, you will receive a refund, less a $5 processing fee.
     
  • You should receive an automated email receipt of your Cancellation request.
     
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Cancellation probably did not go through - in this case, give us a call at (205) 473-1676
